Hi!
I’m Emma. I’m here to help you pass your next interview and here’s why; I have studied educational psychology and I’ve worked in tech for years. My background gives me a unique position to understand both the psychological and the technical side of interviewing. I have successfully navigated interviews for multiple different companies, both on my own and via consultant interviews for prospective clients.
I started my tech career at Accenture, moved on to Orangit (part of Sevendos) and now work at Netlight where we have interview training once a week!

Interview training gives you confidence and guidance to navigate the Finnish interview landscape. Together we will refine your pitch and align your story so that you leave a lasting and memorable impression.
Finnish culture is full of nuances that might be hard to figure out. We will go through what kind of small talk is expected, what’s the absolute no no’s, and which qualities impress a Finnish audience the most.
As part of our interview training, (face-to-face or remote, as per your choosing) we will go through your CV and LinkedIn to make sure your written presence is on par with the real you.
